a birthday falling between March 1st and October 15th.
Primary (3–6 Years). Children must be 3 years old by October 16th and toilet-trained before entering the classroom.

Boy/girl quota: We try to balance
all the classrooms by age and gender. All Primary classrooms are
a multi-age range from 3- to 6-year-olds.

to be? 2-year-olds, not at all; 3-year-olds, yes.
